If any customer is willing to cancel his / her booking due to any reasons like illness, death, accident or non-payment of the balance payment then the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from Client as follows

• 15 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 30 days prior to departure of the tour.
• 30 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 20 days prior to departure of the tour.
• 50 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 10 days prior to departure of the tour.

Note: We will try our best to refund you as much as amount we can it totally depends on amount we receive from hotelier or from airline service.
